- Walk-in
- ≈1 h 30 min here
Beer brewing in Uhříněves was first recorded in 1594; the brewery, on its present site since 1705, was closed under communism in 1949 and revived by the former owners' descendants in 2015. Its Alois lagers honour Alois Tichý, who ran it in its 19th-century heyday.
Good to know
The beer is poured at the Pivovarská restaurant in the brewery yard – check its opening hours before you go. The brewery's website lists other Prague pubs and shops that stock Alois.
